Dr. Tiu takes the time to listen to your concerns and works with you to address medical issues. I purposely choose a PPO plan at work just so that I can continue to see her.

Great doctor! Even when we come in as a "Walk-In" we usually get seen within a hour! Dr. Tiu doesn't treat you like trash if you are on Medi-Cal. I highly recommend her.

I don't usually do reviews but Dr. Tiu deserve it. It's only my 2nd visit with her and she already did numerous works for me. At 55, she requested all the necessary tests that I needed. One thing I like with, Dr. Tiu was that she explained to me all the results of my blood work and gave me advices on how to improve some of my blood tests. She's not like some or most doctors that would only spend 5 mins with you...like touch and go! She spent a lot of time explaining why I need to have certain things get tested. She wants to know if there's any complications. She's very respectful and soft spoken! And her staff are very nice and accommodating! I'm glad that I found Dr. Tiu!🙏

I have met with Dr.Tiu 4 times now and she's been absolutely wonderful! She really listens and answers every question I have. My health is on the right track and I am so grateful for her for that. ♥️

So as I call my primary care dr Lalaine Tiu known as Dr TIU..she is the best doctor I have met,been seeing her for a few years now and my health issues have improved. Thanks to her. as me and all my kids go to her. she's very understanding and listens to your concerns, and will take her time explaining every detail..I love when she takes her time with the patient to help them with their health issues! She always has the best answers to give. She always makes me feel so comfortable that I can tell her anything..I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care Dr. she's so sweet ,helpful,trustworthy

The best physician I have ever seen in 16 years of therapy. Actually listens and operates very friendly but very professional. She is hands-down the best physician I've seen in the past 16 years of medical offices. She listens, actually cares, and is an amicable person. I haven't had a single problem with her and have seen her for almost a year now. She is a lifesaver and worth every second of time you spend with her. To anyone thinking of trying her, I suggest you do it.
